A 120,000 SF two-story shopping center common space expansion and renovation in Nashville, TN.
The three-phase construction included new retail space additions, existing mall expansions, renovations and new space-frame entrance additions. Uniformity with the existing structure was achieved using original space-frame and skylight manufactures while new design standards were incorporated throughout the Mall.
